KFC Got Talent - The Star Camp

Description:
The talent camp is a whole day activity for the KFC members. The participants are to undergo a number of creative workshops, namely:
1. Praise and Fashion (Modeling)
a. Participants of this workshop will do a ramp modeling number. It is not a presentation of clothes, but a presentation of the joyful personalities of Christian children.
a.1 The message of this number is that God's love manifested in each one of us. All of us are unique
God created us with our own physical features, character traits, talents, interests, etc. But
despite of these differences, we all are equal. We should be proud to be God's children.
2. Music (Singing Presentation)
a. Participants of this workshop will present a singing number. They will sing a song that talk about Jesus'
love for us, and how Jesus also calls us to love others too.
a.1 The message of this number is that Jesus is the greatest model of love. He died on the cross
because of His great love for us. He then wants us to love other people around us too, like our
parents, siblings, teachers, classmates and friends.
3. Dance Presentation
a. Participants of this workshop will present a dance number. Any modern dance can be used, except
for those which are vulgar and sexually suggestive.
a.1 The message of this number is that an invisible power, the Holy Spirit which helps us in everthing
we do. The Holy Spirit guides us to do and avoid bad. Holy Spirit also gives us the energy to
serve and love God.
The central messages of the Kids Camp are integrated in the workshops and the program.....
Objectives:
The objectives of this camp are as follows:
1. For KFC members to discover and appreciate their God-given talents, specifically in the performing arts;
2. For KFC members to realize that God loves them by giving them gifts (talents), not only for themselves
but to share with others;
3. For KFC members to learn the basic Christian teachings of God's love and forgiveness through their
talents.

0830 - 1000 - MASS
1000 - 1030 - Registration
1030 - 1045 - Opening Prayer
1045 - 1100 - Introduction of each Participants
